• Folder Management: Before copying the renamed CSV file, the buddy will check the folder monitored by the businesses with the DSCO application for the previous day's CSV file. If a file is present, the buddy will delete it to avoid confusion and ensure that only the latest data is processed.
• File Transfer: Finally, the bot will copy the renamed CSV file to the designated folder monitored by the business services for label processing.
